International spice buyers don’t take a supplier’s word on quality — they need a process they can verify before the shipment even leaves India. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every order, not just the ones a buyer happens to be watching closely.

Every batch is checked for foreign matter — stones, husk, other plant material — before processing begins. Admixture limits are held at or below 1% across our core products (0.5% for cardamom, given its higher value and stricter buyer expectations).

Moisture is controlled to prevent spoilage, mould growth, and weight-related disputes during transit and storage. Limits vary by product — typically 10–12% maximum — and are checked before packing, not estimated.

Size, colour, and quality grading are matched to your specification wherever possible. A buyer ordering Salem Bold turmeric or Alleppey Green cardamom gets that specific grade, not a mixed-origin substitute.

For products where oil or curcumin content determines commercial value — cumin, coriander, cardamom, and turmeric — we check and can share these figures against your required minimums before shipment.

Processing and packing are handled to meet international food-safety expectations, reducing the risk of contamination between farm-level sourcing and final export packaging.
Import requirements differ by country and by buyer type — a food manufacturer’s specification sheet looks nothing like a wholesale distributor’s general purchase order. We package and document each shipment according to the importing country’s specific standards and, where provided in advance, the buyer’s own specification, so quality assurance isn’t generic — it’s matched to where your product is actually going and how it will be used.
